Four 200s from a Dive tonight!

National group should be at the pool at 3:50 for dryland.  Please bring tennis shoes and a jumprope, and be ready to run.  Make sure you fuel up (that means have a good lunch and/or snack).  This is a great day to have an extra Peanut Butter & Jelly sandwich at 3pm.
