Get ready for some Breast, Back, or Fly today. We will take the Stroke Count work to 50s and hit some 200s or either Back, Breast, or Fly.
Also -- this is our 4th practice in a row working on Stroke Count. We've got 4 50s to do after warmup today. Let's take the successful 25s we've been seeing to the 50s we have today.
